Registration process

We created an account for this Blush Bingo review to describe the user experience as accurately as possible.

Registration is a two minute, three-step process

1. Step one is inputting the basic information, email and password, title, first and last name, date of birth.
2. Step two is selecting the country and completing the address, postal code included.

How to provide proof

Proof of identification must be provided through either the national identification card, driving license or passport. The “upload” option can be found by clicking the person icon and going to “Upload Documents”.

As confirmation of address, a utility bill or bank statement will suffice. The card used must also be provided with both faces. The front should include the last 4 digits, and the CVV or CVC code on the back must be covered.

Last but not least, you need to provide proof of income. This includes bank statements from the last three months and any other documentation which shows the player’s source of income. All images must be uploaded in either JPG, PDF, or PNG format, and they should be up to 6MB in size.

Account Closure

You can close your account at any time by simply contacting Customer Support.

When the account is officially closed, you will receive a confirmation email. Any remaining balance that needs to be paid out will be done through the withdrawal process and checks as per usual.

Inactivity

Suppose the account has not been used within 12 consecutive months. In that case, it becomes inactive, and a stagnant account procedure will follow.

• You will receive a first email notification 14 days prior to the inactivity commencement;
• The second notification will be sent out one week (7 days) before the said date;
• On that particular day, your account will become void. In the case that there is a leftover sum, it can be requested through Customer Support.

Accounts that have been marked as inactive can also be revived through Customer Support.

User experience

To create this Blush Bingo review, we tested the website on different browsers and devices to determine their compatibility. The combinations we tried are in the table below.

Desktop

Blush Bingo meets new members with its detailed display and clearly labelled menu!

The casino’s menu bar is at the top of the page, which consists of the following categories:

Possible glitches

As the casino has only been recently launched, it still has a few momentary glitches whilst navigating it, the most prominent being on the Bingo section, which also serves as the website’s “Welcome” page; this happens at an estimated interval of a minute to a minute and a half.

Another glitch happens when selecting the drop-down menu in either the “Terms and Conditions” or “FAQ” categories; it is possible for the page to jump to the very bottom. Nevertheless, aside from the mentioned glitches, there are none while scrolling through the other options or whilst playing a game.

Navigation
