At this moment I am very perturbed by this casino. I got a no deposit bonus, and won like $10, which I had to playthrough 45X to be able to “win” anything. So I did this and headed to the cashier button to find out all the things they needed from me in order to make a withdrawal. Let me tell you this … They do NOT like people to win. I was told first that there was a limit to my payout of $100 since it was a no deposit bonus. Ok, that’s fine, I had won $122, so 22 bucks less than what I won. No biggie. Then he tells me I have to make a verification deposit of $25, again, ok. Then it had to be in crypto, but I figure it will all be okay because it’s going straight into my account anyways. So I submit all my paperwork, ID, proof of residence, all that. I’m just basically waiting for my crypto to arrive there, because as most know, this can be a lengthy wait. So I figure, I’ll just keep playing. And I’m thinking, ok, as long as I don’t touch that $100, I’m really playing with my $25 deposit that I made. So I’m figuring, $100 cap, lose the $22, but there’s still MY $25. Come to find out today that their crypto server is under maintenance, which I think is BS because it arrived in my account last night. So if I want to withdraw my $100, there’s going to be a fee of $35 and it can’t be taken out of what is left over of my winnings which is now $90. I’d really get back $65, to which I say, ok but that is out of my winnings, I DEPOSITED $25 and won $70 more, so not only do I not get all that I won, but now I lost my deposit as well because that’s included in my $100 limit which is now $65. Can you believe this shit? So I’m trying to talk some kind of reason into this guy on the phone, who said he was a supervisor by the way, and get him to see how this is a crock but he just keeps explaining over and over how because I deposited and played with the EXTRA winnings, that they were lost to me now. They’re the ones that said I COULDN’T withdraw unless I made a “verification deposit!!!” OR I could get a Money Card that would let me withdraw and I could directly deposit into one of their sister sites, but not access my cash winnings. I told him, wow, keep this up and no one will play at your casino, because why gamble if you never get to win? I’m so beyond livid right now.
