Usability
Our experts test the site in as many ways as possible on the players’ three primary devices. To give exact information on how the website performs on different devices, in our GreenPlay review, we have tried these platforms.
Desktop
The platform has for its UK players a straightforward experience, fast loading times and no hiccups while changing categories for most of the time. Still, while changing from Games to GreenPlay Promotions, an Exclusive Club section briefly appears, but it quickly disappears. When it comes to how the website looks, there is nothing special. The website’s central theme is primarily green, with some black portions as expected from the name. Other than that, the only source of colour comes from the games display. The website is also easy to navigate. The GreenPlay offers, games and help section is simple and follows the screen at every scroll, along with the game categories, both sections found at the top. The Slots section has no separate categories, and they are all grouped under one long scroll down. UK players can also find games with a NEW status in them. At the bottom, though, a loyalty program is listed. Yet, they can’t find it anywhere else, and you can’t click on it.
- When trying to log in after the session expires, you can sometimes be logged out without doing anything.
- Even after reloading the page or changing tabs, you may still not log in. The server picks up on this and gives the option to reload. Still, the login problem is not fixed. Reloading the page multiple times resolved the issue.
Mobile
The mobile version runs just fine. The only issue we found with it is the loading time for some parts of the website. Other than that, the Exclusive Member section availability comes off as a plus. Accessing it shows additional information. There are no downloadable apps for mobile app stores, so the website version is the only one available.
